This course brings together two complementary models—Back on Track Postsecondary Success Coaching and Career Next—designed to support young people as they navigate their postsecondary and career pathways. Back on Track focuses on preparing and guiding youth through key transition points with structured coaching, clear milestones, and personalized planning. Career Next builds on this foundation by helping young people explore, prepare for, and persist in meaningful careers aligned with their interests, values, and goals. Together, these models offer a practical, relationship-based approach to supporting youth in reaching their full potential—whether in education, career, or life.

The Introduction to the Teaching Pyramid Infant Toddler Observation Scale (TPITOS) training will help participants better understand how the TPITOS observation is used to gather information on infant and toddler teachers’ implementation of Pyramid Model practices. This training is meant as an overview of the TPITOS material. Participants who complete the course will increase their awareness of the TPITOS but will NOT be reliable observers. This is an intensive workshop that requires prerequisite knowledge of the Pyramid Model and participation in the entire course.
